Staff portfolios contain both current and historical reviews. If a review is not visible, it is usually due to the review not being fully initiated or agreed.
Review Has Not Been Started
Reviews are started by a line manager or administrator.
If no review exists, the staff member will not see it in their portfolio.
Targets Not Agreed
A review may have been started during a performance management or appraisal meeting.
If the line manager has not agreed to the targets, the review will not appear.
Check with the line manager to ensure targets have been formally agreed.
Reviews only become visible in a portfolio once they are started and agreed. Staff members cannot access objectives or progress until this step is completed.
