How do I download and export my review portfolio?

You may want to export or print your review portfolio to keep a physical copy or save it locally. This guide explains how to download your portfolio and the different export formats available.

The steps vary slightly depending on whether you are a staff member or a line manager:

Staff Member: Upon login, your portfolio is usually the first page displayed
Line Manager: Go to My Staff, then click My Portfolio in the top right corner

Steps to Export Your Portfolio

Open your Portfolio page
Click the Export icon in the top right corner to export your portfolio data

Alternative:

Click the Reports icon (paper icon) in the top right corner
In the Reports section, deselect any sections you do not need
Click Generate as…
Choose your preferred format:
- HTML
- PDF
Once generated, click the Print icon at the top right of the document
Complete your standard printing process or save the file locally
