How do I close multiple reviews?

Closing multiple review periods at the end of the academic year can be time-consuming.

The Bulk Actions feature allows you to close several reviews at once, saving time and effort.

To bulk close staff reviews:

Navigate to Settings, then select Review from the drop-down menu, then General, and finally Bulk Actions.
If the Settings menu is not visible, you do not have the required rights.

Click the Start button in the Close Reviews section
Enter the start and end dates for the reviews to be closed
- All reviews within this period will be closed
- Dates default to the current academic year set in the system
Optionally, add a title if some reviews within the date range differ, for example, Teaching Assistants vs Teachers
A list of staff with open reviews will be displayed
- Untick any staff whose reviews should remain open
Click Close Reviews to close all selected review periods
