At the end of a review period, the review can be closed.
Only users with the appropriate rights can close a review
Ensure all data in the review is complete before closing
Update Objectives
Change the status of all objectives from In Progress to either:
Met
Not Met
Partially Met (by default this is not considered complete; can be updated by an Administrator in Objective Settings then Objective Status)
Check Monitoring
Ensure all monitoring activities have taken place or have been deleted
Check Areas for Development
Set each area to Completed or Not Achieved
Rate All Standards
Ensure all standards assigned to the staff member are rated
Go to My Staff in the main menu
Click on the staff member’s name whose review you want to close
At the top of their portfolio, click Close Review
Indicate whether the staff member is recommended for pay progression
Add any additional comments in the textbox
Record career aspirations and your recommendations for the staff member
Both the line manager and staff member must enter their passwords in the Staff Agreement tab
Click Close Review to final
A review cannot be closed if objectives, monitoring, standards, or areas for development are incomplete. Always check these before attempting to close
