The Activity Feed displays all recent blogs and evidence entries visible to the staff member, their line manager, and any collaborators. This guide explains how to access, filter, add, edit, remove, and restore entries.
Go to Home in the main menu (left-hand side)
Select My Staff and find the staff member
Click the staff member’s name to open their Activity Feed
Most staff automatically open in My Portfolio
If not, select My Portfolio at the top of the screen
Filters allow you to view entries linked to specific items in the portfolio
Multiple filters can be applied at once to narrow results
Use the text box in the Activity Feed to write a post quickly
No need to add additional details or link to portfolio items
Click Add Blog (optional)
Enter Subject, Message, and Link To objectives or evidence
Set Sharing preferences
Click Add to save
Find the blog post in the Activity Feed
Click the Edit Blog icon
Make changes and click Save
Click the Recycle / Restore Blogs icon
A list of removed blog entries will appear
Tick the box next to the blog post(s) you want to restore
Click Restore to confirm
The Activity Feed is a central hub for tracking progress, sharing updates, and maintaining an ongoing conversation between staff and managers. Using filters and linking entries ensures relevant evidence and blogs are easy to track.
