The My Staff view provides a clear overview of the progress of staff you line-manage and staff within your hierarchy. It allows you to quickly check objectives, standards, monitoring, evidence, and review status.
Select My Staff from the left-hand menu
Choose a filter:
Only Staff I Manage - Shows staff you directly line-manage
All My Staff - Shows your full hierarchy
Note: Hierarchy refers to staff you directly manage and those indirectly managed by your team members
The My Staff view displays:
Ratings for objectives and standards
Number and outcome of monitoring
Amount of evidence and engagement in reviews
Number and date of interim reviews
Status of reviews - Open or Closed
Click a staff member’s name to access their individual portfolio
Click Filters
Adjust Date From and Date To to view performance within a specific period
Click Filter to apply
Filter options can include:
Login information
User iP role
Staff at risk
Click Options
Enter a Title for the filter
Choose whether the filter is accessible to all
Set a Date Range
Enable Quick Filter to create a clickable icon for easy access
Click Options
Select Delete Filter
