How do I connect activities to the SEF?

All activities within the Improvement Plan can easily be linked to a SEF. To link an activity to a SEF:

Once you have added an Objective to the Improvement Plan, and an Activity underneath the Objective.
Find the Objective, select the Edit Pencil, then find the Activity Edit Pencil.
Once loaded go to the SEF Tab.
Select 'Click here to add a new item'.
Then find the SEF Form you wish to link to Activity to.
Click Save

Viewing in SEF

Once linked you will be able to view the activity within the SEF section:

Go to the SEF you selected.
Select the question you linked it to.
The activity will be visible under the Improvement Plan tab, making it easier to update your progress.
