Richard is an experienced leader in both Primary and Secondary schools. He has worked in several schools, many of which were in challenging circumstances.

His knowledge and understanding of the recent performance measure changes enabled one school to increase pupil outcomes by sixteen percent. Recently, Richard has worked alongside a new primary Headteacher to ensure continuity and support during the schools transition. He is currently supporting school leaders and governors on developing action plans and analysing in-school and external data.

His critical-friend approach to the school improvement work, means he is now a Vice-Chair of Governors and has facilitated Headteachers performance management reviews.
