Ian has worked across many secondary schools, including overseeing the amalgamation of two schools and a new build project. Amongst other work, Ian was recently involved in the reorganisation of a school as a result of budget pressures.

His work on curriculum redesign and timetable structure provided the organisation with savings of £300,000. Ian has recently started another similar project in the Midlands. His broad range of experience means he was an instrumental part of the leadership structure that recently removed a school from Special Measures. Following working and coaching with Ian, a middle leader wrote: "As a relatively new middle leader, I have valued the experience and precise knowledge that Ian has supported me with to make well informed decisions.

With changes to performance measures, assessment and progress measures, Ian has been a critical friend of the Science department ensuring that the nitty gritty details of education are understood. He listens attentively and works incredibly hard to ensure that school systems support the fantastic work of teachers in lessons. Quite simply, he is a pleasure to work with."
