Derventio Education are proud to announce that we have formed a strategic partnership with Entrust who work nationally with schools, academy trusts and local authorities. Entrust’s vision is to ensure that every young person receives a good education in a safe and healthy environment. They provide expert guidance to help school’s realise their full potential.

ABOUT OUR PARTNERSHIP

Our partnership agreement, means that more schools will have an opportunity to access SchooliP - the simplest and most effective way to manage teacher and staff appraisal in schools. We are committed to removing all paper from the appraisal process and SchooliP is proven to save senior leaders hours of valuable time. Our targeted approach to performance management allows all staff to focus on priorities and demonstrate progress with ease.

This partnership was initiated by one of our co-founders, Damien Roberts who reached out to Entrust’s Director of Education Services, Sharon Kelly. Following an initial demonstration of SchooliP, it was felt that there was significant synergy to be gained. The perfect blend of school improvement services provided by Entrust backed up by our leading performance management software solutions represents a great opportunity to further school improvement.
