Collaborative professional development impacts positively on teachers’ self-confidence and belief in their ability to make a difference to pupils’ learning. Their enthusiasm and confidence increases. They become more enthusiastic about collaboration and receiving feedback, and greater commitment to changing their practice and trying new strategies. In iP, a Collaborator can be set up to view and edit selected sections of a staff member’s Performance Management in my work area.
