SchooliP - Getting Started
Below is a seven step guide to illustrate how easy it is for SchooliP to be introduced to your school. All of our installations follow this pathway.
Step 1 - Creating your SchooliP system
Upon receiving your order, we will begin the creation of your SchooliP system. This sees our software engineers build your dedicated SchooliP installation to your bespoke requirements.
Step 2 - Induction Call
Our customer care team will contact you to arrange your SchooliP induction call. The purpose of this call will be to agree an implementation plan. Essentially this is the set up of your system data. This includes setting up items such as your observation template and school development plan. We add this into SchooliP in a friendly/easy to use format. Dates for adding information are agreed during the call and a system handover date is also agreed.
Step 3 - Data Population
We are pleased to offer full MIS integration with a range of MIS providers. Alternatively, you can manually enter staff details into SchooliP. With MIS integration, we receive your order and make a connection request to made. This approval request requires confirmation from an assigned data contact in your school and our a member of our customer care team. Thereafter, a connection is made and the data is synchronised.
Step 4 - Installation
With all the necessary information at hand, our software engineers work towards completing your SchooliP system. They will ensure that the required templates are integrated into SchooliP to match your bespoke requirements. For instance, review periods can be established, interim reviews activated and passwords established. To ensure that the installation is successful, we will telephone you to review your SchooliP system.
Step 5 - System Handover
Once you are satisfied with your SchooliP installation, we are then able to handover your system. This means that staff will have full access to SchooliP and can begin utilising its features.
Step 6 - SchooliP Training
In order to maximise the value of SchooliP, we recommend undertaking some training. This can be carried out online or onsite. Please note that all online training is provided free of charge. There is a charge for onsite training and this can be discussed with your dedicated account manager or our customer care team.
Step 7 - Ongoing Support
Once your system is established, we pride ourselves on regular contact to ensure that you are a satisfied customer. After an initial month of using SchooliP, we will make contact with you to check that you have successfully implemented the system. This can take place over the telephone or alternatively a site visit can be arranged. Thereafter, we will make contact on a three monthly basis to check your satisfaction and identify ways in which we can support you fully.
