How does SchooliP help with monitoring?

What about the Standards?

SchooliP also supports the latest Teachers' Standards and other key competencies as standard. This includes a code of conduct for support staff to ensure that all staff and not just teachers are managed in a central solution like SchooliP.

SchooliP allows for the addition of other standards and competencies as required to support your processes and it includes the ability to rate or grade these competencies using a bespoke grading system.
