How do I download and print the SEF?

From the dashboard, click Self Evaluation to load the trust or school forms.

1. Select the Self-Evaluation Form you would like to print.

2. This will open the overview for that form.

3. In the top-right corner of the screen, click the Report button.

4. This will load the full Self-Evaluation Form.

5. Once loaded, you’ll see three icons in the top-right corner above the report, allowing you to:

   • Print

   • Export to Word

   • Export to Excel

How Do I Download and Print an Individual Section

Within iP, you can download data for an individual section by following these steps:

1. Open the required SEF.

2. Once the SEF has loaded, add a filter.

3. Set the filter to Section, then in Value select the section you want to export.

4. In the top-right corner, click the Report button.

5. When the report loads, choose your preferred output method:

   • Print

   • Export to Word

   • Export to Excel
