Line managers can only view the portfolios of staff they directly manage or who fall within their hierarchy. If staff are not appearing correctly, it is usually due to the reporting structure not being set correctly.
Select My Staff from the left-hand menu
Choose a filter:
Only Staff I Manage - Shows only staff you directly line-manage
All My Staff - Shows your full hierarchy, including staff indirectly managed by members of your team
Note:
Hierarchy refers to both staff you directly manage and staff who are line-managed by members of your team
The staff member’s “Reports To” field may be set incorrectly
An Administrator can update this in the staff member’s account:
Go to Users then selecting Staff Members
Edit the staff member and update the Reports To field
