To add a collaborator:
Go to Users from the main menu
Select Staff Members
Click on the staff member’s name whose review you want to update
Go to the Collaborator tab
Click Add Collaborator
Complete the required fields:
Collaborator - Select the user from the drop-down
Subject - Add if applicable
User Group - Select if applicable
Go to the Rights tab
Choose the permissions you want the collaborator to have
Click Save
Carefully assign collaborator rights to ensure appropriate access. This allows colleagues to contribute effectively without giving unnecessary permissions.
