On the login page, click Forgot Password?
Enter your email address and click Reset Account.
The system will send an email containing:
A link to reset your password
A unique security code
If you don’t receive the email, check your Junk/Spam folder or whether it is being blocked by your IT team.
Open the password reset email.
Click “Click Here to Reset Password.”
Make a note of the unique code included in the email.
Note: The unique code is valid for three hours from the time the email was requested.
On the reset screen, enter:
Login Name - Enter your email address
Unique Code - From the email
New Password -Must be medium strength and not previously used
Confirm Password - Re-enter the new password
Click Sign In to complete the process.
Password Strength Settings
System administrators can control password strength requirements by navigating to Settings then Staff and enabling “Require users to have a minimum password strength.”
Once enabled, select the desired level from the dropdown:
Weak
Does not meet minimum requirements. Typically too short or uses only one type of character.
Normal
At least 6 characters long and includes letters plus one of the following: uppercase letters, numbers, or symbols.
Medium
At least 8 characters long and includes letters plus two of the following: uppercase letters, numbers, or symbols.
Strong
At least 10 characters long and includes all of the following: lowercase letters, uppercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
Very Strong
At least 12 characters long and includes all of the following: lowercase letters, uppercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
If the reset fails, contact your organisation’s administrator. This may happen if:
Your account is inactive
The reset link has expired
Multiple password reset emails have been generated
Your administrator can reset your password for you if needed.
