How do I export an individual improvement plan?

Overview

This guide will show you how to export any improvement plan on its own.

Location

The steps of this guide will be completed under the 'Improvement Plan' section of SchooliP.

Instructions

From the main menu go to the ‘Improvement Plan’

Ensure the filters drop-down is selected by clicking on the ‘+’ icon

Under the ‘Filter’ drop-down select ‘Department’

Next select ‘Value’, here selecting the department you wish to export the report for and then click 'Search'

In the top right-hand corner click on the ‘Report’ icon

This will present a report for the department you selected, from here you can export the document as either an Excel or Word document
