Questions can be added to an audit after you have created a section. See the related guide to add a section first.
In the Add Audits page, select the questions tab.
In the details tab, add the following information:
Number: Add the question number.
Text and Background colour: Choose using the colour picker or enter a colour code
Question: Use the text box to add the question.
Section: Link it to the section you previously created.
Type: Select the question type.
Table: Allows you to add a table with pre-filled column headings and the ability to add rows
Allow comments?: Enable to allow users to add comments to the question
Allow evidence to be uploaded against the question: Enable to allow evidence to be attached to the question
Allow all staff to view this question
Turn off to select specific roles who can view the question
Allow all key stages to view this question
Turn off to select specific key stages
The answers tab will appear depending on what you chose for the type in the details tab.
This tab will allow you to add a preset response to set against the question option grading.
You can also add scoring to each grading option, this will help you get a better view on the dashboard of the progress being made on the audit.
