How Do I Turn Notifications On for the System

Each section has settings that allow you to control the type of notifications sent and their frequency. 

• To turn off the notifications, go to Settings, then select School.
• From the School settings menu, scroll down to e-Mail Type.
• Click on the drop-down, which will provide you with three options

Formatted Text: The emails will be switched on to contain formatting such as graphics, colours, and text formatting. 
Plain Text: The email notifications will still be sent, but emails will have no formatting, text will be plain with no graphics.
Don’t Send: All Emails will be switched off.

Click on the Save Settings button.

Note: Notifications can be turned off for specific areas of the system, including monitoring and CPD by navigating to each tab. Then click on the Settings icon, and follow the above steps once again.
