Use Costs?: Shows the costs associated with the development plan in main table.
Allow duplicate development plan activities?: Enable this option if you want to allow the same activity to be added multiple times within a development plan. Disabling it will prevent duplicate entries, ensuring each activity is unique.
Show the full name of lead staff member?: Allows you to hide the name of the staff member associated in the main table.
Activities: Control the layout of the activities section by making tabs, fields and columns visible or removing them from view.
Objectives: Allows you to control the visibility of tabs and columns related to objectives, by simply turning them on or off.
There are several options available for email reminders to be sent to staff regarding the completion of activities. You can choose to send reminders a set number of days before an activity is due, on the day it is due, and on each subsequent day until the activity is completed.
Cost Codes: Allows you to allocate budget to different areas.
Departments: Here you are able to create a department and assign a department head. Once created objectives can be assigned to a specific department.
Emails: Here you are able to turn on and off automated emails that the system sends out such as when an objective is updated or a new objective is assigned to you.
Funding Types: This allows you to input different types of funding available for CPD and the development plan.
Monitoring Types: This allows you to assign a monitoring type to a form. Monitoring types are then used to organise forms into separate sections within reports and portfolios, making it easier to review and analyse information.
Priorities: Here you will be able to add, edit and delete whole school priorities.
Requirements: Allows you to set improvement plan activities against the requirement types.
Status: This section allows you to edit the titles of statuses within the system. These statuses can then be applied to staff objectives within the development plan, helping you track progress effectively
