Importing a SEF from iP allows you to quickly populate your SEF using an existing template or shared framework.
SEFs can be imported from:
Trust-level SEFs – where a central trust framework has been created and shared with individual schools.
iP-created forms – standard templates provided within the system.
This helps ensure consistency across schools, reduces duplication of work, and supports aligned improvement planning.
To import a form into iP, go to SEF, then select the setting cog.
Click on Import.
Select the form you wish to import.
Click Import form.
