Go to My Reports and select Standards.
Use filters to create a bespoke report based on the data you need.
Click the filter dropdown and select a field (e.g. Department, Staff Member, Role).
Enter the relevant value in the Value field.
To apply multiple filters, click the blue + icon and repeat the process.
Dates default to the academic year set in the system.
To search a different range, update the Date From and Date To fields:
Enter the date in dd/mm/yyyy format, or
Use the calendar icon
Click Search to display the filtered data in the table below.
Click the Reports button at the top-right of the screen and select Print.
Reports can also be exported as Word, Excel, or PDF.
Click Export and choose Word, Excel, or PDF.
Use the Data tab to select which fields to include in the export.
