Line managers can view the portfolios of the staff they manage.
Select My Staff in the left vertical menu
Select Only Staff I manage' to view the staff directly line-managed
Select All My Staff to view the staff in your *hierarchy
*hierarchy refers to staff you directly line manage and those that intern line managed by that member of staff
Why is the view incorrect? - It is caused by the 'Reports To' being set incorrectly for the staff member. An Administrator can change this in the staff member's account via the Users, Staff Members screen.
