Go to Settings in the left-hand sidebar.
Click the Review dropdown and select General.
In General settings, select Bulk Actions from the list of categories on the left.
On the Bulk Actions page, select Collaborators and click Start.
Select the date range of the reviews to which you want to add a collaborator.
Click Next.
Select the staff members whose reviews you want to add a collaborator to.
Click Next.
Select the collaborators to add and choose their level of access:
View - view-only access
Manage - allows the collaborator to carry out specific activities
Click Next.
The selected reviews will be updated with the chosen collaborators and their functionality.
Click Add Collaborators to complete the process.
