This guide explains why Standard Objectives may not appear in a staff member’s portfolio and how to ensure they are correctly assigned.
Standard Objectives are assigned based on staff roles. If the roles are not set correctly at the time of the bulk assignment, the objectives will not be applied.
When bulk assigning Standard Objectives through Objective Settings, check the Roles column.
Only staff members with the relevant role at the time of assignment will receive the objectives.
If staff members do not yet have their roles assigned, the objectives will not be applied to them.
The best approach is to:
Assign the correct roles to staff members first
Then perform the bulk assignment of Standard Objectives
Standard Objectives are only applied to staff with matching roles at the time of assignment. Ensuring roles are set first guarantees all intended staff receive the objectives.
