If performance objectives are not visible for a staff member, this is usually because a review has been started but the objectives have not yet been agreed.
Objectives will only appear in a staff member’s portfolio once the review has been formally agreed.
To agree targets for a review:
Go to the My Staff menu on the left-hand side of the screen
On the My Staff page, check the Objectives column:
Resume button visible
Indicates the review has been started but not agreed
“Review not agreed by…” message
Indicates another staff member started the review but it has not yet been agreed
You can click the message to continue or ask the original user to complete the process
Click Resume (or the “Review not agreed by…” message)
If prompted, you may see a dialog about previous review items:
Choose to move or copy items by selecting them and clicking Yes
Or click Close to continue without adding previous items
Click Agree Targets & Start Review (top right of the screen)
In the confirmation dialog, click Agree Targets
Note:
Depending on system settings, both the staff member and line manager may need to enter their passwords to confirm agreement
Performance objectives will not appear in a portfolio until the review has been fully agreed. Always ensure the Agree Targets step is completed to make objectives visible.
