There are several reasons why monitoring may not be possible for a particular staff member.
The observer does not have Classroom Observer rights in their personal settings.
Administrator intervention is required to grant the necessary rights.
The staff member’s review is not open. Monitoring requires a saved review.
You may not have access because you are not their line manager or within the hierarchy.

The staff member or monitoring form is not set up with the correct iP role.
Staff and monitoring forms must share the same iP role for the monitoring to be linked.
