To share a monitoring form with other schools, follow these steps:
Go to the monitoring page and select the settings icon.
Once the Monitoring settings page has loaded, go to the Forms tab
Locate the form you wish to share
Click the edit (pencil) icon next to the form
In the pop-up window, select Sharing
Tick the Sharing checkbox to enable sharing options
You will be presented with three options:
My School Only – limits access within your school
My MAT Only – shares with schools in your Multi-Academy Trust
All Schools – shares with all schools in the iP community
Note: Selecting All Schools will make the form available to every school using iP.
Once you’ve selected your preferred option, click Save
Log into the The School
Log into the school where you want the form to be available
Navigate to Forms
Go to Monitoring then click the settings icon
Select the Forms tab
Import the Form
Click Import Form
You will see a list of shared forms, including:
The form name
The school that shared it
Rename and Import
In the name field, edit the form name if required
Click Import to add the form
