Go to My Reports and select Monitoring from the dropdown menu.
Once the page loads, click Bulk Action.
Under “Which mode do you wish to use?”, choose Add Monitoring.
Select the Monitoring Form you want to assign.
Choose the date range for the review periods.
Click Next.
Choose a grouping option (e.g. Department or Staff Type).
Select the relevant group from the dropdown.
The left-hand table will display matching users.
Tick the checkboxes to select users.
Use the arrows to move selected users to the right-hand table.
The right-hand table shows users who will receive the monitoring.
Click Next when your selection is complete.
Click Next again to continue.
Add a Focus.
Select a date range (either a period or a specific date).
Choose the Purpose of the monitoring from the dropdown.
Click Next to review your selections.
Check everything carefully on the review screen.
When you're happy, click Run to complete the bulk action.
Go to Settings, Review, then Monitoring.
Select the Bulk Action tab.
Follow the same steps outlined above to complete the process.
