Standard Monitoring Forms can be set up to automatically appear in new reviews. This is useful for scheduled quality assurance forms, staff surveys, wellbeing forms, feedback forms, or any other monitoring activity.
Go to My Reports then navigating to Monitoring and click the Settings icon.
Select Standard Monitoring from the menu on the left-hand side.
Click the Edit Pencil next to any existing Standard Monitoring Form to check the setup.
Update or remove any forms as required for the new review cycle.
Go to My Reports then select Monitoring and click the Settings icon.
Select Standard Monitoring from the left-hand menu.
Click the + icon to add a new Standard Observation or Monitoring Form.
Configure the form:
Title - e.g., “Autumn Term Observation.”
Date Settings - choose whether the observation has no date, a date range, or a specific date. For example, set term dates if staff need to be observed once per term.
Observation Form - select an active form from the dropdown list.
Click Add to save the Standard Monitoring Form.
When a review is started for a staff member with the matching staff type, the Standard Monitoring Form will automatically appear in the review.
Tip: Using Standard Monitoring Forms requires careful management to ensure staff are aware of deadlines and complete forms on time, similar to Standard Objectives and Standards.
