This setting allows a user to add monitoring for any staff member who has an open review in the current review cycle. Users will only see monitoring they have carried out or for staff they line manage.
Users will access My Reports then select Monitoring from the drop-down.
Clicking Add Monitoring allows them to select a staff member with a current review.
Selecting a staff member displays all forms associated with that staff member’s Role.
Fill in Focus and Date for the monitoring.
Observer defaults to the user adding the monitoring if they are set as a classroom observer.
Purpose can be set via the dropdown or left as not set.
The form can be executed immediately using Run Now (only visible if the user is set as the observer) or saved for later with Add.
Navigate to Settings then selecting Staff and then Standard User Rights.
Click the Edit Pencil next to the rights group you want to modify.
In the Settings section, add:
Access My Reports
Access Lesson Monitoring Summary
Add Lesson Monitoring for ALL Staff
Access Monitoring Overview Grids
Click Save to apply the changes to all users in that rights group.
Go to Users then selecting Staff Members.
Click the Edit Pencil next to the staff member’s account.
In the rights dropdown, click the Edit Pencil and confirm the message.
Add the same rights listed above.
Click Save User Rights.
