Email notifications alert staff when actions are required or when updates occur within the system. These can be customised so only relevant notifications are sent.
Note: If the Settings menu is not visible, you do not have permission to access these options.
Notification settings are controlled across different areas of the Settings menu. In each section, you can tick or untick boxes to turn notifications on or off, then click Save Settings.
Go to Settings then select Review Settings , once loaded select Email Reminders
Set when reminders are sent (e.g., number of days before a task is due)
Tick/untick notifications as required
Click Save Settings
Go to Settings then select General , once loaded navigate to General Emails
Tick or untick each notification to enable or disable it
Click Save Settings
Settings, then Review Settings, then Objectives, then Objective Emails
Reminder timing: CPD tab, then Settings icon, then Email Reminders
Individual emails:CPD tab, then Settings icon, then CPD, then Emails
Development Plan tab, then Settings icon, then select Emails from the list
Self-Evaluation tab, then Settings icon, then select Emails from the list
