How do I share policies from the trust with schools?

Overview

Yes - trusts can create policies that are shared across all schools within the trust. This helps ensure consistency and reduces the need for each school to create the same policy individually.

How Trusts Can Share Policies

Navigate to the Policies screen
Click the Add Policy button
Create the policy as usual (enter title, content, workflow, etc.)
When saving, select the Share option
Once shared, the policy will automatically be visible to all schools in the trust

What Schools See

Shared policies will appear in each school’s policy list
Schools can view these policies alongside their own local ones
