How do I make someone the owner of a policy?

Overview

Every policy in SchooliP can have one or more owners assigned. Owners are responsible for maintaining and updating the policy. Assigning ownership helps ensure accountability and makes it clear who is responsible for keeping each policy up to date.

Assigning a Policy Owner

  1. Navigate to the Policies screen
  2. In the list of policies, click the Edit Pencil to edit the policy
  3. In the Details or Workflow section (depending on your setup), locate the Owner field
  4. Select one or more staff members to assign as policy owners
  5. Save your changes
