How do I configure the module?

Accessing Policy Module Settings

1. Navigate to the Policies screen
2. From the top menu, click the Cog (⚙️) icon
3. Select Settings
4. Choose the Policy Module area to view and adjust available options

What You Can Configure

• General Settings: Control how the module behaves, including default workflows.
• Lookup Lists: Manage dropdown lists such as policy categories, types, or departments.
• Reminders: Set automated reminder schedules for reviews, acknowledgements and approvals.
• Emails: Customise email templates used to notify staff of approvals, reviews or required actions.
• Access & Roles: Fine-tune who can create, approve, or view policies.
