The Policy Module can be configured to match the needs of your school or trust. All configuration options are available in Settings, where you can manage defaults, reminders, email notifications and lookup lists.
Accessing Policy Module Settings
From the top menu, click the Cog (⚙️) icon
Select Settings
Choose the Policy Module area to view and adjust available options
What You Can Configure
General Settings: Control how the module behaves, including default workflows.
Lookup Lists: Manage dropdown lists such as policy categories, types, or departments.
Reminders: Set automated reminder schedules for reviews, acknowledgements and approvals.
Emails: Customise email templates used to notify staff of approvals, reviews or required actions.
Access & Roles: Fine-tune who can create, approve, or view policies.
