From the main login page select the option 'Forgot Password?'
Enter your email address into the field and select the 'Reset Account' button.
The system will now send you an email with a link to reset the password and a unique code to enter for security
NB: If you don't receive the email check your Junk/Spam folder or whether it is being blocked by your IT team
Open the Reset Password email that has been sent to you and select the 'Click Here to Reset Password'
Make a note of the Code in the email
Once the reset screen opens you will be asked to enter the following
Login name - Enter your email address
Unique Code - This is the code from the reset email you received
New Password - The new password needs to be of Medium Strength and not been used before
Confirm Password - Re-enter password
Then click the Sign In button.
If this fails you will need to contact the administrator at your organisation, and they can reset the password in the background, this could happen if the user is inactive, or they have failed to click the link in time, or if the user has generated more than one reset email, etc.
