How do I set up my MIS?

Connect your MIS to iP Suite quickly and securely.

The iP Suite integrates seamlessly with several leading Management Information Systems (MIS) to streamline setup and reduce duplication when managing staff information.

Integration is securely managed through Wonde (www.wonde.com). Once your school completes the Wonde registration, you’ll be able to configure the connection and import your data.

Currently supported MIS providers include; Capita SIMS, Arbor MIS, RM Integris, Facility CMIS | Advanced Learning, PupilAsset, iSAMS, ScholarPack, Bromcom, WCBS, engage and Progresso

We are continually working to support more MIS providers. For the most up-to-date list, please visit Wonde’s integrations page and check the Partners section.

Only current staff members listed in your MIS will be imported. Any former employees or archived records will not be included in the import.

How the Integration Works

To begin syncing data from your MIS, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your iP Suite application using an Administrator account.

2. In the side menu, click Users and Groups.

3. Select Staff Management.

4. Click the Sync Data button located in the top-right corner of the screen.

The system will now synchronise staff data from your MIS. This process updates existing staff records and creates new ones where necessary.

Automatic Updates:
In addition to manual syncs, each time a user logs into the system, iP Suite will automatically check for updates in your MIS and apply any relevant changes to their account.
