The Managing Staff Information area provides organisations with a centralised way to manage staff records, access, and system connections within iP. It ensures staff data is accurate, secure, and consistently maintained, supporting effective access control, reporting, and system integrations.
By configuring staff settings correctly, organisations can streamline administration, reduce duplication, and ensure staff have the right access to the right tools.
Navigate to Settings in iP
Select Staff
Choose the relevant section to view and adjust available options
Control how staff information is stored and managed within iP, including key fields, visibility, and behaviour
Link your Management Information System (MIS) to iP to automatically sync staff data. This reduces manual data entry and helps ensure staff records remain accurate and up to date.
Configure Single Sign On to allow staff to securely access iP using existing credentials. iP supports SSO through ADFS, Azure, and Google, simplifying access and improving security.
Review staff settings before importing or syncing staff data to ensure they align with your organisation’s structure.
Regularly check MIS and SSO connections to confirm data is syncing as expected.
Test access and permissions with a small group of users before rolling out changes across all staff.
