iP allows you to import various pre-set audits whether these are created by the iP team, your trust or other schools.
To share an audit, this can be done by editing an audit.
In the audits, main tab, navigate to the audit you wish to share, pressing the edit pencil icon.
Once loaded, find one of the following:
Allow other iP schools to use this audit?: This shares the audit with other schools and colleges using iP.
Allow schools within my trust to use this audit?: This shares the audit only within your trust.
Turn the required option on, and select save.
To import an Audit:
Go to the Audits tab, once loaded, click the Settings icon.
From the Settings side panel, click on Import Audits.
From the list, find the Audit you wish to add to your system,, add a tick to the box.
Click Import Audit.
