In the audit page, locate the settings cog.
From the lists select 'Question Options'.
Then 'Add Item'.
Section
Selection: Define how the option can be selected.
Table: Choose whether the option appears in a table.
Other
Is this option scored?: Choose whether the option contributes to scoring. This will then allow you to add scoring to each option.
Include in status column counts?: Decide if responses affect status totals.
Add to quick filters: Make the option available as a quick filter.
Options:
Update all exisiting audits with any scoring changes?: When enabled, any scoring changes made here will be applied to all existing audits using this option set.
To apply a question rating to your audit, start by navigating to the Audits page and selecting Add Audit.
Next, open the Questions tab and click Add Question.
Once the question setup screen loads, choose one of the following question types:
Single selection
Radio
Drop-down
Checkbox
Selecting one of these will display an additional Options drop-down.
From the Options drop-down, choose the option set you created earlier.
After selecting this, an Answers tab will automatically appear, allowing you to continue configuring the question.
The Answers tab is used to add supporting guidance for the question ratings.
