SchooliP’s integrated approach to performance management has benefitted a village primary school in Staffordshire. Cohesion between the self-evaluation form, school improvement plan, performance management and continual professional development is being enjoyed at Winshill Village Primary School.

The school is part of the John Taylor multi-academy trust (JTMAT) and is home to 200 pupils. SchooliP is used throughout the trust and on joining JTMAT, staff at Winshill received immediate SchooliP training. Previously, appraisals and professional development were managed on paper and through email correspondence.
