What led your college to choose CollegeiP as a solution? Were there specific challenges you were trying to address?
We wanted to encourage staff to become invested in staff CPD and professional development. CollegeiP has also become a system where staff of all levels can communicate via the Blog to members of SLT.
How well did CollegeiP integrate with your existing systems and workflows?
Very easily. CollegeiP is now used as part of our TLA moderation meetings to monitor staff requests for CPD, staff attendance on CPD and updating in industry.
