This spirit of innovation is what inspired Derventio Education, founded in Derby in 2005. As we approach our 20th anniversary, we’re proud to have grown alongside the schools, colleges, and universities that define our region’s educational identity.
Our mission has always been simple: to make improvement easier, smarter, and more meaningful. Through our flagship platforms, SchooliP and CollegeiP, we’ve helped educational institutions transform how they manage staff development, self-evaluation, and strategic planning.
SchooliP supports schools with performance management, CPD, self-evaluation, and policy management in one connected platform.
CollegeiP is built specifically for the further education sector, enabling quality assurance and improvement planning that aligns with the unique demands of FE provision.
Both have been recognised nationally for their impact, with SchooliP recently winning accolades at the 2025 EdTech Impact Awards for its contribution to continuous improvement and leadership effectiveness.

While our reach now extends across the UK and internationally, our heart remains in the East Midlands. We see this region not only as our home but as a testament to what’s possible when innovation meets collaboration.
