There is more transparency of developmental aspects of teaching & learning as previously this was not shared directly with the teacher, therefore, indirectly affecting teacher wellbeing.
How has CollegeiP improved your college’s processes?
All staff have live visibility of in-year objectives. Are able to record evidence in support of achievement of said objectives.
