In This Session

The Children's Trust School was an Outstanding School - but all was not well. Low staff morale, fragmented processes and high staff absence were taking the school in the wrong direction. Robin Bertrand, co-headteacher of the school, shares his leadership journey, demonstrating how rebuilding trust, strengthening teams, and embedding clear systems brought transformation and created a culture of clarity, confidence and sustainable momentum.

This webinar offers practical insight into leading meaningful change through SchooliP, showing how smarter systems, purposeful conversations, and aligned priorities can re‑energise a staff team and drive real school improvement.

Meet the Expert - Robin Bertrand

With over 20 years’ experience of school leadership in both mainstream secondary and special needs schools, Robin provides the school with great knowledge and understanding of the complexities of managing schools. Prior to joining us, in December 2024, Robin was Headteacher of a Special School in Oxfordshire. He has a Masters degree in Education Leadership and the National Professional Qualification for Headship (NPQH).
