How to easily analyse
MAT improvement journeys
Would you like to very easily analyse your MAT improvement journey?
With so many schools and staff conducting their appraisals/professional development reviews in a MAT, how do you manage this colossal paper trail? Even if you use an online document process, this isn’t linked to the individual school improvement plan, or the MAT improvement plan. In addition, this system isn’t designed to be an intuitive performance management software solution.
SchooliP enables each academy to adopt the same improvement model, effectively linking improvement and SEF to staff development. The brand new ‘MAT View’, which has been developed with academies and trusts, makes it easy to identify and analyse the improvement journey of each academy.
Sharing best practice
SchooliP allows you to outline key areas of strength within a school and then share this best practice with other colleagues. This can also be identified within the MAT View, allowing you to share best practice across your entire Trust.
Have your colleagues been on an outstanding course which has really impacted teaching and learning? You can track these impacts within SchooliP and either choose to share these skills across the school or trust spreading the cost or roll out the same course to other schools or colleagues.
Producing reports should be automatic right? You’ve already inputted that information once already, so why should you spend more time collating this as a report? We agree! So we’ve made intuitive reporting functionality an integral part of our software, so with a few clicks you have the information you need in attractive reports!
You can report across a whole range of criteria and choose from a range of filtering to select either broad range of data or be very specific, whatever you need you can do it! These reports are assembled in just a few clicks, so no need to spend hours collating this information in advance.
Will staff use it?
You want to ensure whatever system you choose, all staff are onboard from the start. SchooliP has been designed with the user in mind and has been made as simple as possible. But don’t just take our word for it; this is what Rebecca Garatt, Headteacher at Wyre Forest School, had to say:
SchooliP is so simple and effective and even though we’ve only been using it for a relatively short period of time we have had total buy in from all of our 183 members of staff – and you can’t say that about other systems! You don’t have to roll it out slowly; it’s so intuitive that staff can get onboard with it straight away!”Rebecca Garatt, Headteacher - Wyre Forest School
