Objectives and Raising Actions

Your open review will contain a series of objectives designed to support professional development. These objectives set realistic, measurable targets for you to achieve within the review period.


A review may include:

Tracking and Reviewing Your Objectives

At the start of the review period, all objectives will have an initial status of In Progress. Towards the end of the review, your performance will be assessed, and each objective will be assigned one of the following final statuses: Met, Partially Met or Not Met.


From your Portfolio screen, select the Objectives tab. The number displayed next to the tab indicates how many objectives your review contains.

Status - typically “In Progress” with a due date within the review period.
Icons - each providing additional information about the objective.
