When logging into the system for the first time, you’ll use your email address as your Login Name and reset your password using the Forgot Password? option.
Requesting a Password Reset
On the login screen, click Forgot Password?
Enter your email address in the field provided.
Click the Reset Account button.
You’ll receive an email containing a Unique Code and a link to reset your password.
If you don’t see the email in your inbox, check your Junk or Spam folder.
In the reset screen, enter your email address in the Login Name field.
Enter the Unique Code from the email in the Unique Code field.
Note: The code is valid for 4 hours. If it expires, you’ll need to request a new one.
Create a new password and enter it in the New Password field.
Re-enter your new password in the Confirm Password field.
Click Sign In to complete the reset and access the system.
